Administrative Appeals
To hear and decide where it is alleged there is an error in any order, required, decision, or determination by the Code Enforcement Officer in the enforcement of this
Ordinance. The actions of the Code Enforcement Officer may be modified or reversed by the Board of Appeals, by concurring vote of at least three (3) members of the Board. Decisions of the Code Enforcement Officer may be reversed only upon a finding that the decision is clearly contrary to specific provisions of this Ordinance.
